– Create new opportunities and relationship, especially in after sales, parts supply, technical support, marketing in the region
– Reconnect the company with the end-users directly to ensure clear communication and understand targets
– Mentoring and coaching the existing team to understand the local environment and needs

– Increased visibility in exploration technical issue, and closed a long-term contract for maintenance
– Introduced long-term contract scheme, assisted the OEM to understand the Malaysian contract scheme, structure and method of contracting
– Ensure full compliance to contracts and secure target KPIs

– Participate in the tender for project of 1000MW coal-fired power plant
